I use a "foil pouch" method for a lot of my cooking both in the truck and when at home.  It is derived from lessons taught to me in campfire cooking by my brothers during many years of hiking and fishing together in the Eastern Sierra Nevada mountains.  Branching out from learning to cook fish while camping, I have taken this method and used it both throughout my years of cooking on the road with portable gas grills, to even doing them at home in the oven and on my Traeger pellet smoker!  This recipe for perfectly sautéed mushrooms is quick, easy and leaves you with no messy pans to clean up after you are done!  Enjoy!
