Hello,
While inside the dealership, I happened to be standing by the service counter and noticed a bulletin board with specific information regarding the technicians that work for this dealership. Each worker had his or her picture surrounded by written comments from past customers.
As I walked around the facility and began up a staircase, there appeared another display with written comments, from past work done.
I walked over to the driver lounge area to see yet another display of past customer comments. I decided to ask one of the technicians about the unique practice for the dealership. He explained to me that after each service is complete, the customer is asked to fill out a comment form based on their experience at the dealership and work performed. This allows each tech and other staff members to gain needed feedback from the customer. Each form is reviewed carefully and taken seriously. As for him, he likes the forms feedback as he is always trying to improve and this activity allows him to know what areas need work.
I think this is a great way for a dealership to get the proper feedback from their customers. It is done in a professional manner and seems to be very effective. Till next time… be safe,
Henry
