Cooking Bacon in the truck is really very simple if you have a microwave.  In the video below I will talk about three ways to cook bacon, two involve the microwave and one will use a skillet.  Personally I like the microwave as it does not make as much of a mess as a skillet and is faster.  The easiest way for me is to cook the whole package of bacon at one time and store the cooked bacon in the refrigerator until needed.  If I am in a hurry I will cook two pieces and get on down the road.

I find that cooking my own bacon and storing it in the refrigerator is cheaper then buying the cooked bacon in the stores.  I like my bacon extra crispy and I have never been able to get the pre-cooked bacon to heat up like I like it.

Squeaker loves bacon and trying to tell a cat NO is tough. I have a couple pictures of him trying to get in the refrigerator to get his own bacon. He does not get any though.

Very nice. I can almost smell the bacon from here. I bet Squeaker wants some bacon.
