Water is my favorite and I enjoy water. In the mornings I enjoy two cups of coffee and in the winter I will have one hot tea. In the summer I enjoy iced tea as well. Water though is my staple.

I usually drink water. In the, I will dilute Gatorade with water for longer runs-rides. My fave recovery drink is chocalate milk. Soda is a rarre treat.
