19-(1).png Next week fellow Team Run Smart Pro, Clark Reed, and I will be attending the Mid-West Truck and Trailer Show, which takes place on February 7th & 8th, 2020, in Peoria, Illinois. The show is held each year at the Peoria Civic Center. I have attended the show over the last several years, and each time it has snowed. This year, it appears the weather will be frigid once again.

The event brings more than 3,000 exhibiting organizations looking to showcase a variety of high quality and innovative technology that attracts potential buyers and attendees to the show. The show offers a particular focus on trucks, trailers, parts, and truck accessories. You will also find a vast array of products related to power and renewable energy advertised by various automotive segments and media.

I will have my truck, a 2018 Cascadia with the AeroX package, and trailer on hand for you to take an up-close look at. This is always a great event, and I look forward to seeing you in Peoria, IL, at the Mid-West Truck & Trailer Show!

Henry Albert

Henry Albert is the owner of Albert Transport, Inc., based in Statesville, NC. Before participating in the "Slice of Life" program, Albert drove a 2001 Freightliner Century Class S/T™, and will use his Cascadia for general freight and a dry van trailer. Albert, who has been a trucker since 1983, was recognized by Overdrive as its 2007 Trucker of the Year.
